Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners as Sole Placement Agent in $3M Registered Direct Offering of Cellect Biotechnology Ltd.

Press Release – New York, NY – January 10, 2020 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners as sole placement agent in a registered direct offering of 1,000,000 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) of Cellect Biotechnology Ltd (Nasdaq: “APOP”), a developer of innovative technology enabling the functional selection of stem cells. Each of the ADSs represents 100 of APOP’s ordinary shares. The offering price was $3.00 per ADS for gross proceeds of approximately $3,000,000, less fees and other estimated offering expenses.

The offering was made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-219614) previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
