Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP Represents Aegis Capital Corp. in $13.7 Million Underwritten Public Offering for Tantech Holdings Ltd. 

Press Release – New York, NY – December 9, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented Aegis Capital Corp. as sole book runner in an underwritten public offering of Tantech Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ: TANH). The offering included 21,120,509 shares of common stock, at a price to the public of $0.65 per Share.   The gross proceeds of the offering to the company were approximately $13.7 million.

The offering was made pursuant to an effective shelf registration statement on Form F-3 (No 333-248197) previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and declared effective by the SEC on August 31, 2020.  The Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP team was led by partners Gregory Sichenzia, Darrin M.
