Press Release – New York, NY – February 19, 2020 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it represented Aegis Capital Corp. as sole book runner in the underwritten public offering of 200,000 shares of 8% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock of Medalist Diversified REIT, Inc. (Nasdaq:MDRR), a real estate investment trust specializing in the acquisition, ownership and management of value-add commercial real estate. The shares were sold at an offering price of $23.00 per share for gross proceeds of $4.6 million and commenced trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the symbol “MDRRP.”
