Press Release – New York, NY – October 4, 2021 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP today announced that it represented American Battery Technology Corporation (OTCQB: ABML), an American-owned critical minerals company currently building the first non-thermal integrated lithium-ion battery recycling plant in the United States, in a $39.1 million financing. The offering consisted of $39.1 million in securities with an aggregate of 25,389,611 shares of common stock and warrants at a purchase price of $1.54 per share in a registered direct offering.
