New York, NY – October 5, 2018 – Nationally recognized securities and corporate law firm, Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP, announced today that it represented GRSX Industries Inc. (OTCQB: “GSRX”), a company in the business of acquiring, developing and operating medical cannabis dispensaries, in a private placement of 1,035,600 units, consisting of a total of 1,035,600 shares and 517,800 warrants of the company’s common stock. The purchase price per unit was $1.25. GSRX received gross proceeds of $1.3 million.
