(NASDAQ: HUSN), in a $3.7 million registered direct offering of its ordinary shares at a price of $0.85 per share. The offering was made pursuant to a registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-233408) which was previously filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission and declared effective on September 19, 2019.
Chardan Capital Markets LLC acted as sole placement agent for the offering.
