(NASDAQ “NVMM”) in a public offering of 4.125 million shares of its common stock at a price of $.80 per share for gross proceeds to the Company of $3.3 million.
Think Equity, a Division of Fordham Financial Management, and The Benchmark Group acted as co-book running managers for the offering. The Sichenzia Ross Ference team was led by Partners Gregory Sichenzia, Thomas Rose, and Marcelle S. Balcombe.
