(OTC: SBEV), a company that specializes in manufacturing, distribution, sales & marketing of various beverages across multiple channels, in a private placement offering of 3,637,064 shares of common stock and warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 1,818,532 shares of common stock. The combined purchase price for one share of common stock and a warrant to purchase one share of common stock was $1.10. The gross proceeds were approximately $4.0 million.
