March 11, 2015 – New York, NY—(Global Newswire)– Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced today that the Firm has represented Dais Analytic Corporation (OTC: DLYT), a producer of nanotechnology applications aimed at addressing the world’s rising global water and energy demand, on a $2,750,000 PIPE transaction consisting of 18,000,000 shares of common stock offered at approximately $0.153 per share, pursuant to Regulation S. Dais plans to use the proceeds from the transaction for working capital and business development.
