New York, NY – April 8, 2015 – New York-based securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced that the firm has advised Pegasi Energy Resources Corporation, an energy company engaged in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas, in connection with a private placement of $1,875,000 of senior secured convertible notes and warrants to purchase an aggregate of 15,635,005 shares of common stock. The private placement had two closings in January 2015 and one in March 2015.
