(OTC QB: RIHT), a provider of monetization services for artists and holders of copyrighted intellectual property, on a $2.65 million private financing. The offering consisted of a sale of 10,608,000 shares of the company’s common stock and warrants to purchase 15,912,000 shares of common stock at $0.25 per Unit for a total offering of $2,652,000.
