(NASDAQ: TROV), a developer of cell-free molecular diagnostics, in an underwritten public offering of 5,111,110 shares of the company’s common stock. The gross proceeds from this offering are approximately $23 million. Trovagene intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to fund its research and development activities and for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
