Press Release – New York – July 17, 2015 – New York based securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced today that acted as US counsel to Australian-based stem cell and regenerative medicine provider Cynata Therapeutics Limited (ASX: CYP) in connection with a A$5 million private placement. The offering consisted of 6,670,000 shares of Cynata’s common stock and warrants priced at A$0.75 per share.
The Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP team was led by Partners Gregory Sichenzia and David Manno. H.C. Wainwright & Co. acted as the sole placement agent on the offering.
