(NASDAQ: SGYP), a biopharmaceutical developer of drugs to treat gastrointestinal disorders and diseases, in a Rule 144A offering of $200 million of 7.50% Convertible Senior notes. The notes are convertibles into shares of Synergy Pharmaceutical’s common stock at a conversion price of approximately $3.11 per share.
