Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP’s Israeli Affiliate DTKGC-SRFF Represents Spectronix in $100M Sale to Emerson Electric
Press Release – August 12, 2015 – Tel Aviv, Israel – DTKGC-SRFF, the Israeli affiliate law firm of Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP, announced today that the Firm has represented the Israeli fire detection sensor developer, Spectronix Ltd. on its $100 million reverse triangular merger with Emerson Process Management Asia Pacific Private Limited, a subsidiary of Emerson Electric (NYSE:EMR). The price consisted of $79 million in cash and $20 million to be distributed to Spectronix’s shareholders as dividends.
