(NASDAQ: COCP). Cocrystal sold an aggregate of 4,210,527 shares of Common Stock at a price of $1.90 per share. Cocrystal is a clinical stage biotechnology company seeking to discover and develop novel antiviral therapeutics as treatments for serious and/or chronic viral diseases.
