Press Release – New York, NY – December 5, 2016 – Nationally recognized securities and corporate law firm Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP announced today that it has represented Oppenheimer & Co., as Sole Placement Agent in private placement of $3.6 Million principal amount of convertible senior secured notes and warrants of Ener-Core, Inc. (OTCQB. “ENCR”).
Ener-Core may issue an additional $900,000 of such securities until December 12, 2016. Ener-Core provides innovative gas conversion technologies for global commercial and industrial facilities. The Sichenzia Ross Ference Kesner LLP team was led by Partners Gregory Sichenzia and Marcelle Balcombe .
