Press Release – New York, NY – October 15, 2018 – Sichenzia Ross Ference LLP announced today that it has represented New Age Beverages Corporation (NASDAQ “NBEV”) in an At-The-Market Financing (“ATM”) in the approximate amount of $37.5 million. The ATM consisted of 8.08 million shares of NBEV common stock which was sold at an average price of more than $4.6 per share. Roth Capital Partners acted as sole agent for the ATM.
