New York, NY – Oct 8, 2014 – GLOBAL NEWSWIRE – New York based securities law firm, Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced that it has represented Single Touch Interactive, Inc. (OTC BB: SITO), a mobile media solutions provider, in a $11 million debt and equity financing where Single Touch secured a PIPE investment equaling $1 million in equity and $10 million in secured debt.
As part of the investment, Single Touch will issue 2,619,539 shares of its common stock valued at $0.3817 per share. The Sichenzia RossFriedman Ference LLP team was led by Partner Gregory Sichenzia, Marcelle Balcombe and Counsel Peter DiCharia.
