Press Release – New York, NY – July 11, 2016 – Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP announced today that it has represented Vuzix Corporation in a firm commitment underwritten public offering of shares of common stock. The offering consisted of 1,150,000 shares of common stock, including exercise of the underwriter’s overallotment option, at a public offering price of $5.75 per share, for gross proceeds to Vuzix of $6,612,500. Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. acted as the sole underwriter for the offering. The Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP team was led by Partners Gregory Sichenzia and Thomas Rose and Counsel Jeff Cahlon.
